This policy explains what Cannabis Pay Hub collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Information you give us
- Contact and business details you submit through a form: name, company, email, phone, industry, monthly processing volume, current processor and software, and the challenge you describe.
- Files you upload, such as processing statements or processor correspondence.
- Newsletter subscriptions, where we store the email address and the date of subscription.
- Questions submitted for editorial review. We publish answers, never your contact details.
How we use it
- To prepare the payment review or answer you asked for and to follow up about it.
- To package an underwriting file when you ask us to approach providers on your behalf.
- To send editorial updates you subscribed to. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not share statements or documents with a provider without your instruction.
Processing statements and uploaded documents
Statements are commercially sensitive, so they are treated as confidential working documents: used only for the review you requested, shared internally only with the people working on it, and deleted on request. Please redact bank account and card numbers before uploading — we do not need them to review pricing.
Analytics and marketing tools
This site is built to support standard measurement tools, which may be enabled: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, the Meta Pixel, CRM tracking and call tracking. When enabled, these tools set cookies or similar identifiers and record events such as page views, scroll depth, form submissions, click-to-call and click-to-email actions.
Only tools with a configured measurement identifier load; nothing is injected by default. You can block cookies in your browser and use browser-level or platform-level opt-outs.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to service the relationship and to meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Uploaded documents are deleted sooner on request.
Your requests
Email hello@cannabispayhub.com to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, to unsubscribe, or to ask that an uploaded document be destroyed. Tell us which email address or company the request relates to so we can find the records.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of this page changes with it.
